Mindful Movement: This program is a great way to nourish the mind and body either in the morning to start your day or at lunch time to replenish after a long morning at the computer and on calls.

HIIT Classes: These classes offer your staff the opportunity to get their sweat on and relieve some tension. It also allows to free up space after work hours to enjoy more free time!
